Clerk's Department

Responsibilities
The Village Clerk's Office exists to:
  • Administer Village Board meetings and other board and committee meetings
  • Process licenses and permits for the Village of Waunakee
  • Protect local democracy
  • Provide access to matters of public interest diversely and inclusively by managing elections
  • Uphold public trust
We preserve village records, provide information, and perform other duties as prescribed by state law and local ordinance.
