The Village of Waunakee has contracted with
Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. to assess real estate and personal property in the village.
Assessors who are conducting revaluation field work should:
- Wear photo ID tags
- Wear company clothing
- Drive red fleet vehicles displaying Associated Appraisal logo and name
- Carry letters of introduction on Village of Waunakee letterhead
- Tag door if no one is home
