Exercise produces a positive outlook and a long life. The many fitness opportunities available at the Senior Center will head you in the right direction to feeling better and being more active.

Fitness, health and wellness programs and services are available on a regular basis. These include:
  • Exercise classes for all ability levels and interests including Tai Chi
  • TOPS (Taking off Pounds Sensibly)
  • Massage Therapy
  • Health Screenings
  • Durable medical equipment available to loan including canes, walkers, bath benches, shower chairs, and wheelchairs
  • Walking Track, 1/16 of a mile per lap
  • Fitness Center with an orientation on how to use cardio and strengthening equipment
  • Foot Care Clinics including Diabetic foot care
  • Finger Nail Clinic
  • Blood Pressure Clinic
