Property Assessments
Purpose
All real estate and personal property in the Village of Waunakee is assessed annually. The purpose of an assessment is to assure that all property in the village is valued fairly and equitably for taxing purposes.
The Village of Waunakee has contracted with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. to assess real estate and personal property in the village.
