  4. Hunter Education Registration

    Registration and pick-up of class materials for the Hunter Education class will take place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Aug 25, 26, or Sept 2 at the Waunakee Village Center. Email: garyf.mella@gmail.com to reserve a spot. Space is limited to first 50 students. Students should attend the registration in person and minors need a parent or guardian to sign the registration forms. A WI DNR Customer ID number is required to complete registration. Call 1-888-936-7463 to obtain your ID number. The Hunter Education Class will be held at The Dane County Range on Hwy 19 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sept 11, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sept 12 and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sept 13.   5. Pellitteri Labor Day Holiday Collection

    Residents normally serviced on Monday September 7, 2015 will be serviced one day later than their normal pickup day. Please have carts out by 7:00 AM for collection.     Village Hall will be closed Monday, September 7, 2015 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8, 2015.

  7. Brush Pick-up Week

    September 8, All Day

    Place brush on the terrace by 7:00 a.m. with the cut ends toward the road. Please leave branches as long as possible as this will save you and our crews' time. Brush is considered limbs and branches from trees and large shrubs. All other woody vegetation such as plant stalks, small bush trimmings, etc. will not be collected. This type of material can be taken to the compost site on Highway Q. south of the Village. If you have a contractor trim or prune your trees or bushes, they are responsible for the removal of the brush. Collection begins Monday and is completed within the week when Public Works has gone through the entire Village.
